Customs By Monie has a mission to blend art with everyday fashion. By collaborating closely with my clients, my goal is to turn your vision into a reality, elevating your style from its original form to a unique piece that is sure to make a statement.

Order Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Given that each order is uniquely customized, please allow up to 7 days for completion plus shipping time. For expedited shipping options, please contact me via email at customsbymonie@gmail.com
Pricing & Quality: Customizations range from $100-$300. More detailed and complex designs will increase the overall cost. Please note that the price includes ONLY the customization, not the shoe itself. Shipping costs are also separate. VIEW THE PRICING LIST FOR DETAILS.
Order Process: Once you submit the form below, you will be contacted within 24 hours using the contact details you provide. The confirmation will include a sketch of the shoe design you described and will confirm any add-ons requested. After the design request has been finalized, you will receive a quote along with payment options. All orders require a non-refundable 50% down payment. Your order must be paid in full before having your item shipped out/delivered. Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and an optional customer review questionnaire.
Refund Policy: Please note that all sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
