All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Given that each order is uniquely customized, please allow up to 3 weeks for completion plus shipping time, as additional resources may need to be acquired for each order. Base pricing is determined by color applications and affected by add-ons and extras. More details and complex designs will increase the overall cost. Prices for additional customizations are listed on the request form. Your final project quote will be shared upon form completion and deposit payment.

After you submit your order request, you will be prompted to place your $100 deposit. This secures your place in line and will be applied to the cost of your project. I accept CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal.
You will then be contacted within 48 hours via email. This email will include a mockup of your design, a confirmation of any add-ons requested, and a finalized quote.
Please respond to this email within 48 hours to maintain your spot in line. You must also submit 50% of your total project cost (minus your $100 deposit) to begin the project.

You can select either matte or gloss finish for painted customs.
All customs are made with Angelus shoe products which are crack and water resistant and 100% wearable. They are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your customs. For extra measure, it is recommended to use Protection Spray.
To clean, use a soft bristle brush, soap, and minimum water. To prevent creases, it is recommended to use crease guards and shoe trees.

There is a mandatory $100 deposit fee to request a project. All projects are subject to a 50/50 price model, with half of the final project cost (minus the $100 deposit) collected upfront and the remaining balance before final delivery. Payment can be made on the project request page via CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. You will receive an invoice following all processed payments.

Please note that all sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I do not offer refunds once a project has been confirmed. Please be sure to order the correct shoe size and be sure that all selected customizations are accurate before proceeding with your order.
If you submit a project request and your deposit is received within the mandated 48 hour window but the requested design cannot be accommodated, you are entitled to receive a refund of the $100 deposit fee.
Cancellations after confirmation of the design and project details will not entitle the customer to a refund.

If you submit a project request without a deposit, your request will be denied.
If you submit a project request and your deposit but fail to respond to the email confirming your project, or you fail to submit the remaining upfront balance within 48 hours, your project will be postponed. Failure to respond or settle the balance within 10 days will result in cancellation, as your project will be considered abandoned, and your deposit will not be refunded. Abandoned projects will require an additional restart fee to resume or may be subject to being resold.
